Abstract:Since 08 years Golden Eagle Ole City come in the Xianlin University City, its operating conditions and the expecting effect has the very big disparity. As the operating state of the economy, the Golden Eagle should try new marketing mode to improve its operation status according to market demand. This paper mainly analyzes Golden Eagle Ole City development course and the various existing advantage, through research and points out some existing problems, and determine the market positioning,and combined with the characteristics of market of college students, the Austrian Xianlin Golden Eagle Ole City alignment and put forward feasible suggestion.
