电子商务环境下京东物流企业的发展策略
摘要:近年来,随着国内电子商务的步伐逐渐加快,物流的支柱作用日益凸显,电子商务企业(以下简称电商企业)把物流服务看作是公司兴衰成败的关键因素,从而带动了物流理论研究的热潮。在电子商务环境下第三方物流的研究,尤其受到国内外学术界的广泛关注。第三方物流的发展也被共认为是电子商务环境下物流发展的新趋势。它是物流业发展的高级和成熟阶段的显著表现。本文从实证主义的角度出发,通过对京东商城物流模式的发展现状和企业发展目标的研究,并在此基础上提出对现有的物流模式进行改进,利用企业物流优势发展第三方物流模式的战略构想。针对这一行文思路主要做了以下几个方面的工作:
首先,本文提出了企业选择物流模式的影响要素和基本流程。其次,主要介绍了电商企业选择物流模式的内外环境因素的考虑,通过对内部和外部要素进行评价,并根据评价的结果作出最优模式的选择。为了让读者对电商企业物流模式的选择流程有清晰的理解和把握,本文通过列举国内B2C型电商企业物流模式的选择和发展过程,以及在实践运营中,环境的变化如何影响电商企业对物流模式的不断改进和完善。再次,重点对京东商城的物流模式进行了深入分析,提出了京东商城现有物流模式中存
在的主要问题。最后采用Vague理论模型,并结合京东商城物流运营数据,推算出京东商城发展第三方物流的切实可行性。接着阐述了京东商城对现有物流模式改进,发展第三方物流的客观条件、并对如何开展第三方物流的模式提出了具体实施办法,同时预测出运营新物流模式的过程中可能出现的新问题,并就相应的问题给出了一些自己认为可行的解决办法。最后提出了京东商城发展第三方物流模式的现实意义。
本文采用了理论联系实际的办法。详细论述了 Vague理论的实际应用过程,仅仅对第三方物流模式进行了初步探讨,基于实际的局限性,未能就京东商城发展第三方物流模式提出完整的、全面的解决方案,在将来条件成熟后逐步推进该模式的研究和实践。

Abstract
In recent years, with the rapid development of domestic e-commerce, the pivotal role of logistics has become increasingly prominent. The electric and commercial enterprises have seen the logistics services for the key factor of the success of the companies. So as to drive the logistics theory boom .Under the circumstances the third-party logistics has been widespread concerned by researchers at home and abroad. The development of third-party logistics is a total new trend of e-commerce , It is a remarkable performance of the logistics industry of its advanced and mature stage. This article is from positivist view to study the Jingdong MalF’s logistics service status and business’ development goals to improve the existing logistics mode, and making use of the original advantages to develop the third-party logistics services. The following aspects of the work done for this theme.
First, proposed the factor of influence and basic processes of companies which will choose logistics mode .Secondly, mainly introducing the internal and mode .And evaluated these factors, then select the optimal mode. Meanwhile, in order to let readers have a clear understanding on the process of selection of logistics mode,the paper enumerate the process of selection of logistics mode and development of the domestic B2C . And how the companies improve the logistics mode with environmental change during the operation..
Third focused analyzing the Jingdong Mall’s logistics model and putting forward the main problems of the existing logistics of Jingdong Mall. At last Vague theory combined the Jingdong Mall logistics operational data raise Jingdong Mall develop the third-party logistics is feasible in theory. Then elaborated Jingdong Mall improve existing logistics model , the objective conditions of developing third-party logistics, as well as carried out specific measures about how to develop third-party logistics. Predicted the new issues that may arise in the new process of operating of logistics model and corresponding gived some solutions which writer think are available. Prosing Jingdong Mall develop the third-party logistics mode is practical significance .
In this paper, employing the theory with the actual way. Detailed discussed the practical application process of theory Vague, and made a preliminary study about the third-party logistics mode. Because of the actual limitations cannot advance complete and comprehensive solution to Jingdong Mall develop the third-party logistics mode. In the future, after conditions ripe to gradually promote the study and practice of the model.
