跨国公司对我国高新技术产业的影响及措施
——以日本索尼公司为例
摘要
全球经济一体化，跨国公司作为一种新的经济组织和经济现象出现并发展，尤其对发展我国家的冲击和影响、经济掠夺尤为突出。本文对日本索尼进行了分析研究，从日本索尼本身发展来看，对跨国公司在我国发展的情况进行简单的阐述，本对其发展机制做出简单的分析，探讨了我国反垄断立法中对跨国公司滥用市场支配地位的滥用行为在立法时应当予以考虑的问题，也对实务中滥用市场支配地位的滥用行为问题的解决具有一定的实际意义。
高新技术及其产业的产生和发展是当今技术领域的深刻变革，而高新技术开发区是高新技术产业发展最集中的区域。新世纪对高新技术产业的发展提出了更高的要求。本文试图从竞争力的角度，研究高新技术产业开发区内的高新技术在业竞争力评价，为推动高新技术开发区产业的发展壮大提供政策建议。
