旧工业建筑空间激活–衍室内设计工坊改造设计
摘 要
随着我国经济和社会的高速发展，城市的规模在容量和空间上不断扩张，必然导致的结果便是城市化进程速度的加快。原来建在城郊的工厂骤然变成在城市中心，马上面临拆迁还是改造利用的选择。欧美经济发达国家已经历了这一选择，并把旧工业建筑改造利用列为为重点政策，进行了比较深入的理论研究和成功的实践。国内近年也有不少的理论研究，也有如北京“798”之类的成功案例。但是，对于旧工业建筑室内空间改造利用的研究并不多见，而这一点利用恰恰是决定一个旧工业建筑是拆除重建还是改造利用的关键。本文以办公空间设计为研究对象，将旧建筑改造成为办公空间。首先论述了办公空间改造的背景、目的意义、国内外研究现状以及主要的研究方法；第二部分对旧建筑改造的相关理论进行了阐述，对旧建筑的概念及分类，旧建筑改造的定义与原则进行了详细分析；最后一部分结合毕业设计实例——办公空间改造设计对办公空间的设计方法进行初步探索，对于完善我国旧建筑改造的理论体系有着重大意义。

Abstract
With the rapid development of China’s economy and society, the scale of the city in terms of capacity and space expands, inevitably lead to the result is to speed up the process of urbanization.Originally built in the suburbs of factory suddenly become in the city center, slated for demolition immediately or transform.Europe and the United States economy in developed countries has gone through the choice, and the renovation of old industrial building in use as a focus on policy, to compare the in-depth theoretical research and practice of success.The study of the theory of the domestic in recent years, there are many, also like Beijing success stories such as “798”.However, for the old industrial building interior space transform research does not see more, and this use is decided to a old industrial building is the key to demolish rebuild or transform.Based on office space design as the research object, this paper will transform old buildings into office space.First office space transformation are discussed the background, purpose, significance, research status at home and abroad and the major research methods;The second part expounds the related theory of recycling for old building, the concept and classification of the old buildings, the definition and principles of the old building are analyzed in detail;The last part of the examples of graduation design, office space reconstruction design of office space design method for preliminary exploration, for consummates our country old building reconstruction theory system has important significance.
