摘要
陕北民间剪纸是中国传统艺术的重要组成部分，一方面部分继承了人类神秘的原始思维，一方面在漫长、封闭的空间孕育。陕北民间剪纸图形根植于中国民族性、地域性的传统艺术渊源中，剪纸艺术从民族传统中走出来不是简单的重复移位和变异，而是从传统艺术中提取元素，以现代创造意识和表现技巧进行再创造，所创造出来的新的剪纸图形既保留本土艺术的神韵，又带有鲜明的时代特征，具有全新的视觉形象和视觉效果。

Abstract
Northern Shaanxi folk paper-cut is an important part of traditional Chinese art, on the one hand, part of the inheritance of humanity’s original thinking, on the one hand, gave birth to in a long, enclosed space. Northern Shaanxi folk paper-cut graphics are rooted in the Chinese nationality, regional traditional artistic sources of the art from the national tradition out not simply to repeat the shift and variation, but extracting elements from traditional art to create awareness of modern presentation skills re-creation, the creation of new paper-cut graphics both to retain the charm of the local art, but also with the distinctive characteristics of the times, with a new visual image and visual effects.
