浅析人性化现代居民活动中心设计

摘要：随着社会的进步与发展，当今老年化趋势不断壮大。现代社区居民活动中心也引起了社会的重视，现代社区居民活动中心作为提高人们生活环境及其质量。所以居民活动中心的设计与优化建设显得尤为重要。现代居民活动中心是城市公共空间的重要组成部分，集中反映了城市历史文化和艺术风貌，是城市精神生活的象征。居民中心为人们提供休息与交往的空间，它对于增进交往，丰富文化生活具有重要作用。但长期以来由于重视功能分区、经济效益与形式主义的设计方法，忽视了使用者的行为、心理之需，造成了一些现代居民活动中心发展过程中人性的失落。本文主要探讨“以人为本”的内涵，分析时代对现代居民活动中心提出的要求及当前居民中心存在的问题，阐述了人在现代居民活动中心上的活动需求，着眼于人的最终发展提出人性化居民活动中心设计的原则。

Shallow of humanization of modern resident activities center design

Abstract：With the development and the progress of the society， the aging trend growing today.Modern community residents activities center has caused the attention of the society， the modern community residents as improve the quality of people’s living environment and its activity center.So the design of the residents’ activity center and optimize the construction is particularly important.Modern residents’ activity center is an important part of urban public space， reflects the city history and culture and art style， is a symbol of city life of the mind.Residents center provide rest and space for people， it can increase exchanges， rich cultural life plays an important role.But for a long time due to the emphasis on functional partition， economic benefits and design method of formalism， ignore the user’s behavior and psychological need， creates some modern residents’ activity center in the development of the loss of human nature.This paper mainly discusses the connotation of “people-oriented”， the analysis era to modern residents activity center request and the center of existing problems， and expounds the activities center on the people in the modern residents demand， focus on people’s final development principles for the design of human residents activity center.
