浅析室内设计之主题空间,以“休闲主题餐厅”为例
摘要
随着餐饮业的发展变化,那种仅满足饮食需求的餐饮空间环境时代已经过去了,取而代之的是富有个性、特色、多样性的餐饮空间,餐饮空间位于不同的地方有不同的特点,如传统中餐多采用圆形餐台,客人围坐四周,适于向心聚餐,体现了中国人“和睦团圆,曲中求同”的饮食文化观念,西餐的餐桌则以方形为主,其中又以二人桌、四人桌使用最多,西餐追求一种幽静的气氛和浪漫的情调。不同的主题空间,其室内餐饮空间设计也不同。
