摘要:随着我国旅游产业的不断发展,影响着人们的消费水平。那么,人们对于居住环境的舒适度也上升到更高的层次。与其他的居住环境比较,景区度假的的最明显的优点就是有更广阔的绿化空间、环境设施要求更高和空气的宁静。如何使建筑的室内外空间能够满足不同层次水平的需要,使室内与室外相结合,是衡量设计师的重要标准。做好别墅设计室内与室外空间的协调融合,使游客置身于舒适的环境,感受到优美清新的自然景色。同时在设计中又要统筹全局,不仅重视视觉功能对消费者的影响,更应细节与精神内涵的把握,如对待自然的取舍、设计的价值取向和地方特色的彰显。另一方面,对目前我国的别墅消费的人群进行分析,得出新时期的消费理念,建设适合社会发展、体现文化内涵和具有创新性的现代设计的理念和方法。
Abstract: With the continuous development of the tourism industry in our country, affecting people’s consumption level. So, the living environment for people’s comfort level also rises to a higher level. Compared with other living environment, the most obvious advantages of scenic vacation is more broad green space, environment facilities requirements higher and air of tranquility. How to make the building’s interior space to meet the needs of different hierarchical levels, make the combination of indoor and outdoor, is the important measure of the designer. Villa design coordination integration of indoor and outdoor space, make the tourists in a comfortable environment, feel pure and fresh and beautiful natural scenery. At the same time in the design and to plan as a whole, the global impact on consumers not only pay attention to visual function, more detail and the assurance of spirit, such as treating nature of trade-offs, and the value orientation of the design and local characteristics. On the other hand, the analysis of the current villa consumption crowd, it is concluded that in the new period of consumption concept, and suitable for social development and cultural connotation and innovative ideas and methods of modern design.
