摘 要
加强建筑工程的质量管理在当前工作中具有重要的意义。一方面能够有效的提高建筑工程的质量，另一方面，在市场经济的引领下，建筑工程的管理是一项必要的举措，只有严格落实每一个环节，才能促进建筑市场的繁荣与发展。建筑工程管理作为建筑行业的重要环节，建筑工程管理体制不够健全、监管力度有限、对建筑工程管理重要性认知不够等若干问题，作为从业人员应当在充分认识问题的基础上采取富有针对性的管理措施，从整体上提升建筑工程管理水平，推进建筑工程更好地为我国经济发展服务。

Abstract
Strengthening the quality management of construction projects of great significance in the current work. On the one hand can effectively improve the quality of construction works, on the other hand, in a market economy under the guidance of, construction management is a necessary measure, only strictly implement every aspect, in order to promote the prosperity and development of the construction market. Construction Management as an important part of the construction industry, construction management system is not perfect, limited supervision, construction project management for the importance of cognitive enough and so a number of issues, as practitioners should be taken on the basis of full understanding of the problem on full targeted management measures to improve construction management level as a whole, to promote the construction works to better serve China’s economic development.
