现代餐饮空间的主题性营造
餐饮空间除了作为饮食场所满足人们的客观需要外,还要通过其自身环境来满足人们更高层次精神与文化的需求。作为一种塑造餐饮环境的重要方式,餐饮空间的主题性营造是围绕着某一中心的思想或以突出某种要素对餐饮空间进行整体环境空间规划,包括它的装饰陈设、装饰材料、空间、色彩造型以及菜品与服务等都为主题服务,使主题成为顾客容易识别其他餐饮空间的特征。消费者在主题性餐饮空间进行消费时经过联想和观察,进入期望的主题情境。
