摘要：随着我国经济的快速发展和人均收入的不断提高，我国有许多的城镇人口甚至是农村的农民都已经住进了各自的小区，小区的建设虽然满足了我国人民的居住需求，但是随着人民品位的提高，对于小区内的绿化环境和绿地建设提出了更高的要求。居住小区的绿地建设逐渐成为了城市园林绿地系统中的重要组成部分，也成为了购房者必要考虑在内的一项重要因素。本论文将通过对有关园林文献的查阅和整理，介绍适于居民住宅小区应用的几个地被植物种植模式，并在论文中具体实施应用。通过对杭州市17个样点小区进行了实地考察，对当地的地被植物资源的利用进行了数据统计，并发现出了一些景观设计、养护管理等方面的问题。希望本论文的研究为以后的小区绿化建设提供有用的建议。

Abstract:With the rapid development of our economy and the per capita income rise ceaselessly, many of our country’s urban population and rural farmers have lived in their respective areas, residential building although meet our people living needs, but as people improve the quality, for the area of green environment and green construction forward higher requirements. Residential green building has become a city landscape green space system’s important component, has also become home buyers need to consider one of the most important factors. This paper will be based on landscape literature search and sorting, introduce suitable for residential area of application of several ground cover plants planting mode, and the implementation of specific applications. Hangzhou city on the17 points District conducted field visits, to the local ground cover plant resources utilization for statistical data, and found out some landscape design, maintenance and other aspects of the problem. The research of this thesis for the subsequent community greening construction to provide useful suggestions.
