摘 要
本工程位于陕西省西安市高新技术产业开发区，建筑总面积3300平方米，建筑结构为五层框架结构，高19米。对创汇中学教学楼工程进行施工组织设计，主要包括施工总体部署、施工进度计划管理、主要分部分项工程施工方法、文明施工措施、工程质量管理，并相对应的进行施工进度计划安排。
创汇中学教学楼工程的施工组织设计包含了投标部分、造价部分及施工组织设计部分。施工组织设计对施工过程起到指导和控制的作用，在一定的资源条件下实现工程项目的技术经济效益。
关键词：施工方案；进度计划；质量控制
Abstract
This project is located in Shaanxi city of Xi’an province high tech Industrial Development Zone, a total construction area of 3300 square meters, the building structure is five story frame structure, 19 meters high. The foreign exchange earnings of high school teaching building project of construction organization design, mainly includes the construction overall plan, construction schedule management, mainly sub project construction methods, civilized construction measures, project quality management, and the corresponding construction schedule.
The construction organization design of the foreign exchange middle school teaching building project includes the part of bidding, the construction cost and the construction organization design. Construction organization design of the construction process to play the role of guidance and control, under certain conditions of resources to achieve the technical and economic benefits of the project.
