浅谈施工现场应留心的细小但关键问题
摘 要
近年来，施工现场管理受到了建筑行业内部的极高重视。施工企业在项目实施过程中既要追求企业利润又要确保满足质量、安全、进度的要求，只有提高施工现场的管理，才能达到目标的实现。也就是说，施工企业若想在竞争日趋激烈的建筑市场之中处于不败之地，就必须将建筑施工的现场管理工作放在首位。本文阐述了建筑施工现场管理现状，分析了其重要性，并结合工程案例浅谈施工现场应留心的关键问题，探讨了建筑施工现场管理可行性措施。

ABSTRACT
In these years construction site management is all important part in construction project management.If construction enterprises want to get their share in the increasingly heated competition market，they must optimize site management．Atthe same time，it formed the basis，subject，completed three tours in place level with the random combination of approved project quality supervision operation mode in the past ten years，with the deepening of China’s economic reform and the socialist market economic system gradually established.there have been many contradictions and problems．Therefore。a good quality control system type bears the lifeblood of the development of construction enterprises．Therefore．this article reveals the universality and severity of the problems from two aspects．
