[摘要]建筑业作为国民经济支柱产业之一，其在国民经济的物质生产部门中也占有一席之地，它与整个国家经济的发展及人民生活水平的提高有着密切的关系。但是从另一方面来说，我们要注意到，近些年来建筑施工为我国国民经济做出巨大贡献的同时，建筑质量问题、生产安全问题尤为突出，本文对当前我国建筑施工管理的现状、特点及现实施工管理的过程当中存在的一些问题进行简介，然后着重从建筑施工管理前期工作、施工技术管理及实施阶段的安全、质量等几个方面论述，并对建筑施工管理提出了自己的见解。

[Abstract]: As one of the supporting industry of national economy, the construction industry is an important department of the national economy material production, which has a significant relationship with the economic growth of the country and the improvement of people’s living standard. However, building quality problem and production safety are big problems nowadays. In this paper, the present situation of the construction management of our country and the problems during construction are briefly introduced. Then the early work of the construction management and construction technology management at the same time the security in the implementation stage are discussed in this passage. At last, putting forword my own views of construction management.
