浅谈中国古典舞女子翻身技巧的特点
摘要：本文以中国古典舞女子翻身技巧为研究对象，分析中国古典舞翻身动作基础训练中的特有文化内涵，古典舞技巧中女子翻身动作主要讲究以腰为轴，将身体控制在水平倾斜状态下并进行翻转，以拧、仰、俯以及旁提等形态元素构成翻身动作，具有民族性强、形象性强、表现力强的特点。在训练中主要可以分为踏步翻身、上步翻身、点翻身、原地串翻身、圈串翻身、踏步翻身接点翻身、刺翻身等不同的种类，按照不同性格体现，翻身技巧主要可以分为灵巧性翻身、刚武性翻身以及柔美型翻身三种形式。中国古典舞中女子的翻身技巧可以提高肢体动作的柔韧性或伸展性，对身体的平衡和肢体的协调具有重要的作用，翻身这种技巧形式充分体现了古典舞的审美特征和动的特点，而且它和身法的结合也最紧密，呈现出身体拧倾状态，从动势和形态上具有古典舞独特的审美风格和技法特点。在实践教学中提出了加强中国古典舞女子翻身技巧训练的对策：要让学生在掌握舞蹈的基础理论知识的基础上，掌握舞蹈的基本技能、动作的姿态、节奏和表情，严格基础动作的要求，提高翻身动作的艺术张力，突出女子翻身技巧的独特性和个性化。
