黑龙江省同江市,赫哲语称”拉苏哈哈”,作为中国对俄罗斯通商重要边境口岸已有百年历史,在中俄经济贸易中地位举足轻重。在当前供给侧改革和龙江经济大发展背景下,经济改革和转型升级的新要求对同江对俄物流园区发展提出了新要求。在调整和优化同江市域经济产业机构的目标指引下,同江党政一班人团结带领各部门以实现区域经济可持续发展为抓手,全方位加速中俄商品交易规模，打造中俄通商优质门户，更为重要的是，将这一战略与对俄开放开发和普京远东振兴、提档升级中俄友谊，紧密结合，取得经济利益。现代物流尤其是东北东部地区的对俄物流,事实上承担了地区经济发展先行者的重要角色。也基于此,本文旨在以龙江东部同江市区域经济发展战略转型为切入点,以对俄物流为典范探索现代物流发展的客观规律可可借鉴模式,并提出可行性意见,细化物流体系性功能,为同江市及周边口岸城市提升经济发展水平提供理论支撑。
作为开篇,本文首先全面阐述了物流园区作为学理词汇的重要内涵和外延,为后文引出相关论点提供基础;随后,文章结合工作实践详细介绍了同江市的地缘优势、自然资源、经济社会水平等客观条件,描绘出当地对俄物流发展的客观优势和现状;作为理念提升部分,文章继而对同江对俄物流园区发展予以SWOT分析,以专业视角读取了同江市对俄物流的”DNA密码”;最后基于以上分析,对同江市对俄物流园区发展提出可行对策和规划。

Tongjiang city in heilongjiang province, nanai said “he ha ha”, as an important frontier ports of Russia’s trade China one hundred years of history, have important status in the economic and trade between China and Russia. The logistics of modern logistics, especially in the eastern part of the northeast, actually bear the important role of the pioneers of regional economic development. Also based on this, this article aims at in the eastern part of the longjiang regional economic development strategic transformation in tongjiang city as the breakthrough point, to the logistics as the model to explore the objective laws of development of modern logistics cocoa reference model, and put forward feasible Suggestions and refine logistics system function, for port and the surrounding cities in tongjiang city enhance the level of economic development to provide theoretical support.
As the beginning of this article, this paper first elaborates on the important connotation and extension of the logistics park as the learning vocabulary, and provides the basis for the introduction of the relevant arguments in the post. Then, combining with working practice of geographical advantages in tongjiang city was introduced in detail, natural resources, social and economic levels and other objective conditions, describe the local advantages and status quo on Russia’s logistics development objective; As a part of the idea, the article went on to analyze the development of the logistics park in tongjiang, and read the “DNA code” for the Russian logistics in the city of tongjiang from a professional perspective. Finally, based on the above analysis, the feasible countermeasures and plans are put forward for the development of the Russian logistics park in tongjiang city.
