内 容 摘 要
改革开放以来,人们的食品消费观念正在从传统单一向现代的多样、快捷化转变。对食品企业来说,就提出了提供“更好的质量、更大的柔性、更多的选择、更高的价值和更低价格的服务”要求。为了满足消费者的需求,适应市场的变化,食品企业必须通过建立完善的食品物流管理体系,共同打造中国食品工业健康新形象。本文在对国内外零售企业、连锁超市逆向物流管理的理论和实践进行研究的基础上,将有关的理论应用于上海TESCO连锁超市的逆向物流管理的分析和研究,分别分析了上海TESCO实施逆向物流管理的外部条件、组织条件和自身条件,并应用SWOT分析法对上海TESCO实施逆向物流管理的内、外部的优劣势进行探讨,从建立人才的培养体系,增强逆向物流管理意识、把握组织冗余,实行绿色营销,增加逆向物流的各项投入、紧密与政府部门或有关部门的合作等方面提出了改善逆向物流管理环境的对策和策略

Abstract
Since reforming and opening, the food of people consumes an idea from traditional to contemporary diversity, single fast transition. To food company, put forward to provide” better quality, more flexible, more choice, higher value and lower prices of services”. In order to meet the needs of the consumers, adapt to market changes, food enterprises must establish and improve the food logistics management system, jointly build China’s food industry a new image of health. This paper in the domestic and foreign retail enterprises, supermarket chain of reverse logistics management theory and Practice on the basis of that, the theory is applied to the Shanghai TESCO supermarket chain in the management of reverse logistics analysis and research, analysis of Shanghai TESCO implementation of reverse logistics management of external conditions, conditions and their own conditions, and application of SWOT analysis on Shanghai’s TESCO implementation of reverse logistics management of the internal, external to explore the advantages and disadvantages, from the establishment of training system, enhance the reverse logistics management consciousness, grasp the organization redundancy, execute green marketing, increase the input of reverse logistics, working closely with government departments or the relevant department for cooperation in such areas as improving the management of reverse logistics environmental countermeasure and strategy
