部队思想政治工作中的心理教育与疏导
[论文摘要]近年来，随着国际社会军事格局的变化和信息战、心理战的加剧，我军已经对军人心理健康教育的重大意义有了清醒的认识。并把这项工作作为新时期政治工作的一项重要内容，积极的探索、研究和尝试，并召开过全军部队心理应急干预研讨会，取得了积极的效果。各级领导已经清醒地认识到，在思想政治教育中，把心理保健教育融入经常性工作之中，对官兵进行深入细致的心理咨询、心理疏导、心理治疗等心理保健教育，是新形势下思想政治工作的一个崭新课题和全新内容，是确保官兵身心健康，提高心理素质，增强思想政治教育效果的重要保障。本文分析了思想政治工作与心理教育、疏导之间的联系，进而探讨了在部队思想政治工作中开展心理教育与疏导的意义，为在部队开展心理教育与疏导的开展提出分析和建议。

[Abstract]In recent years, with the international society of military pattern changes, and the intensifies of information warfare and psychological warfare, our military has already had a clear understanding of the significance in military of mental health education. And the work as an important content of the political work of the new period, had been actively explored and studied, and emergency psychological intervention also held and obtained positive results. Leaders at all levels have clearly realized that, in ideological and political education, integrate mental health education into the regular work of the officers and soldiers, launch in-depth and meticulous psychological counseling, psychological counseling, psychotherapy and other mental health education, is a new subject and new content of the ideological and political works under the new situation, and is also the important guarantee to ensure the officers and soldiers’ health, improve their psychological quality, enhance the effect of ideological and political education. This paper analyzes the connection of the ideological and political works with psychological education, then discussed the significance for the troops in the ideological and political works to carry out psychological education and counseling, and carried out psychological education and counseling to carry out analysis and suggestions.
