从《挑战主持人》选拔看主持人所应具备的条件和素质
摘 要
随着我国广播电视事业迅速的发展壮大，主持人这一光鲜耀眼的职业备受人们的瞩目，“主持人热”一直持续高温，央视抢抓时机，在国内首次推出一档以选拔主持人为主题，由场上观众掌控投票器支配权，定位平民化的一档节目《挑战主持人》，为广大有才无路的主持爱好者搭建了展示与挑战的平台，加上播音主持专业的毕业生以逐年增多的趋势涌向社会，使得更多的人来参加挑战，众多的观众对这档节目持续关注、备加青睐，通过节目的挑战选拔，为央视和一些其他的地方电视台挑选了一些精英主持。从这档节目选拔主持人的环节标准来看，一名合格的节目主持人必须具备过硬的专业综合素质，本文通过对《挑战主持人》这档节目的分析总结出主持人所应具备的一些专业素质和条件：，并针对这些必备的素质提出了一些相应的提高建议。要多读书，拓宽知识面，提高内涵；学习借鉴其他优秀主持人的优点；多说，多实践；注意综合形象的塑造。
