摘 要：电视已经成为现代人们生活的必需品，电视节目也成为人们休闲娱乐与学习的一个途径。随着电视访谈类节目受到观众的喜爱，越来越多的电台开始开办电视访谈类节目，节目同质化现象日益增多，主持人不注重沟通的艺术。在此背景下，本文首先简述访谈类节目主持人必备的基本素质，接着对访谈节目主持人的沟通现状进行分析，并对《非常静距离》的沟通艺术进行分析，最后指出提高访谈节目主持人的沟通艺术的建议，希望提升主持人的素质，增强主持人的个性魅力与影响力；促进访谈类节目的健康、持续发展，以期为电台访谈类节目的发展提供参考依据，是具有现实与实践意义的研究。
