摘 要
随着我国传媒事业的快速发展，以及人们精神水平的不断提高，对电视节目与主持人的主持水平有了更高的要求，尤其是要求主持人具有交流意识。鉴于此，本文首先简述了主持人的交流意识及必备素质，交流意识对节目主持的作用，然后分析当前主持人交流方面存在的问题，接着通过对何炅与徐熙娣交流方式进行分析，最后提出培养主持人的交流意识的建议，希望主持人坚持学习，注重现场互动与沟通，不断提升个人影响力与主持水平，以期为相关研究提供有力的参考依据。

Abstract
With the rapid development of China’s media industry, as well as spiritual level of continuous improvement, have higher requirements on the level of television programs and chaired by the host is the host of exchange awareness.
