【摘要】新闻报道的失实现象早已出现，也可以说新闻失实从没有离开过新闻报道。本文从新闻报道失实的客观原因和根源等方面进行阐述，并提出了相关的的对策与建议：要求新闻工作人员做到坚持实事求是，加强调查研究；脚踏实地；清正廉洁；严守规章制度，堵塞时事漏洞。要求新闻媒体做到加强监管力度。要求社会各界做到加强舆论监督。
