摘 要：随着时代的进步和发展，广播电视行业在长久的发展历程中也迎来了新的改变。在这个过程中，越来越多的广播电台和电视台开始对自身的频率或频道设置继续专业规划，整个广播电视发展行业正在进行着一场基于专业化基础之上的改革热潮。在这个过程中，对于节目主持人来说，如何使自身能够快速适应当前节目设置过程中越来越明显的专业化细分程度，从而使自己能够以更为专业的语言表述和专业的知识底蕴驾驭节目内容，展现自身的主持个性和主持风采，不仅仅是行业发展对主持人提出的新要求，同时也是主持人在自身从业过程中必然要面对的问题。因此，本文从节目主持人的专业化追求角度出发，探讨了在当前电台频率设置专业化及电视频道专业化发展背景之下对节目主持人的专业化要求，以及主持人进行自身专业化水平提升的培养方式。
