论歌表舞在歌剧音乐剧人才培养中的重要性
随着音乐剧在国内的迅速发展，当前一涌现越来越多的音乐教育艺术院校和培训机构，而培养音乐剧专业人才模式成为当前一个极其重要的课题。纵观中国音乐剧演员的培养，仍然存在各种问题。当前的音乐人才主要还是依靠学院的培养为主。当今时代下音乐多元化发展下急需综合型音乐人才。歌表舞三教学模式恰恰符合了音乐市场综合性人才培养的需求，建立了具有鲜明特点的音乐人才的培养体系。本文通过概述了这种新的教学模式来展开分析，表其重要性以及如何进行教学，并且如何更好的推广与运用提出了一些自身的见解，希望对我国高等院校的音乐剧专业人才的培养有所帮助。

With the rapid development of musical instruments in China, more and more music education institutions and training institutions have emerged, and it is an important task to develop a professional musical talent model. Throughout the development of musical actors in China, there are still various problems. At present, the music talents mainly depend on the cultivation of the college. The urgent need for comprehensive music talents under the diversified development of music. The three teaching mode of song and dance is in line with the needs of the comprehensive talents training in the music market, and has established a training system with distinctive features. This paper summarizes the new teaching model to analyze the importance of the table and how to make the teaching and promotion, and how to better use and put forward some own views, hope to develop our country colleges musical professional help.
