浅谈歌唱中的紧张与放松
摘要：在歌唱过程中，紧张与放松是始终贯穿于演唱的一对主要矛盾。声乐演唱者要想实现在演唱过程中演唱技巧的提升，就要学会合理调节歌唱过程中紧张与放松的关系。本文主要从“歌唱中紧张与放松的关系进行了分析，首先对声乐演唱的心态做了简单的阐述；其次对声乐演唱中的不同心态和声乐演唱的最佳心态进行了详细的分析；最后针对声乐演唱中紧张与放松互动关系进行了一定的分析，并希望通过本文的研究，以此为声乐艺术演唱者的缓解紧张的心态有一定的帮助。

An Analysis of The Tension and Relaxing Mood Swing on singing
Abstract: in the process of singing, tension and relaxation is run through the vocal music a couple of main contradictions. Based on the research process, the singing singing a nervous and analyzes the relationship of relaxation, first of vocal music attitude do simply explained; Next to the vocal music mood and vocal music of the best attitude to carry on the detailed analysis; Finally based on in singing a nervous and relax the interactive relationship between some analysis, and hope that the research in this paper in order to ease the tension of the singer vocal music in the mentality of a certain help.
