Abstract: Private enterprises have become an important sector in the development of China’s national economy. Private enterprises have contributed significantly to China’s recent economic growth and will play a key role in achieving China’s goal of building a comprehensively well-society. Although government in China has planned the priority sectors in the economy wherein the resources of the country should be concentrated in, private enterprise is still the catalyst for economic development. It is still the visions and dreams of entrepreneurs that drive our economy. A study of human capital investment in Chinese private enterprises will give us a better understanding of the existing problems in Chinese enterprises and provide us the solutions to better develop Chinese private enterprises.

摘要 私有企业在中国国民经济的发展中是一个重要的环节。私有企业促进了中国近年来经济的快速发展，并在中国达成建设成为全面发展社会这一目标中发挥了至关重要的作用。尽管中国政府在国家资源需集中的经济重要环节中起着主导作用，私有企业仍是经济发展的催化剂。促进经济发展仍然是私有企业主的愿景和愿望。对中国私有企业中人力资本投资进行研究，将为我们提供对中国私有企业现存问题更好的理解，同时为我们提供更好发展中国私有企业的方案。
