摘 要
随着贸易,金融的高度自由化,国际投资也逐渐开放也开始自由化的进程。由于世界经济发展发不平衡,而且存在着资源分布的不平衡,所以,交通,通讯,科技依旧扮演者重要角色,在全球化,区域化过程中,世界上的各个国家都相互影响这,最有效的就是投资。而这其中的最典型代表便是跨国公司在全世界的投资。跨国公司在经济全球化,区域经济化以及金融,投资自由化都扮演着非常重要的角色。该文以日本丰田公司为例,讨论跨国公司在中国面临的挑战,并对跨国公司在中国投资行为进行讨论,其中还讨论了文化冲击及。丰田应当加强企业更加注重中国本土化产品开发,真正做到亲近中国民众,才能在中国赢得更多的市场。

Abstract
With a high degree of liberalization of trade and finance, international investment is gradually opening up and it also begins the process of liberalization. Under world economic development becoming imbalance in the distribution of resources existing, so transportation, communications, and technology are still an important role in the process of globalization and regionalization. Normally, what each country in the world affects each other the most is investment. Economic globalization, regional economic and financial, and investment liberalization act very important roles in economic at present. In this paper, Toyota, for example, is chosen to discuss the challenges faced by multinational enterprises in China, and multinational enterprises’ investment behavior in China will be discussed as well. Toyota should strengthen enterprises by paying more attention to the localization of product development in China, and perform practical actions to get close to Chinese people in order to win more market in China.
