自新媒体时代大学生法治精神培育研究
摘 要：随着我国法律体系的不断完善，大学生的平等意识有所加强，但大学生总体法治意识水平不高，近几年在校大学生刑事犯罪案件逐年增加，造成恶劣的社会影响,也在一定程度上折射出大学生的法治意识较为薄弱。通过分析当代大学生法治意识现状及其原因，尝试对大学生法治意识的培养提出建议，呼吁大学生为社会主义法治国家的建设贡献自己的力量。

The Rule of Law Consciousness of University Students and Its Cultivation
Abstract: With the constant improvement of China’s legal system, college students equality consciousness strengthened, but the university students overall level of the rule of law consciousness is not high, the criminal cases of college students increases year by year in recent years, due to the bad social influence, to a certain extent, reflects the students’ consciousness of rule of law is weak. By analyzing the rule of law consciousness present situation and reason of contemporary university students, attempts to make recommendations on the cultivation of the college students’ consciousness of rule of law, calling for college students to devote themselves to the construction of a socialist country under the rule of law.
