长沙湘科公司招聘体系设计
摘要
招聘员工是企业吸收人力资源的主要途径,企业招聘的科学化、体系化和流程化,已成为目前提供企业招聘工作效果的重要手段,而完善的招聘体系对企业招聘工作显得尤为重要。本文以长沙湘科公司招聘体系为分析对象,根据其招聘现状提出招聘中存在的问题:招聘工作投入不够、没有形成“招聘是一个体系”的理念、并未详细规划招聘体系、用人部门参与招聘实施较少、过度看重学历造成人才高消费、招聘没有体现公司的企业文化、招聘无规范和科学性、招聘队伍不专业。笔者针对公司招聘存在的问题提出了改进:制定了详细的招聘规划、重组了招聘团队、一改用人部门不参与招聘的情况、实施“人尽其才、才尽其用”的招聘原则、招聘结合了企业自身的文化和行业背景、对岗位和人员实施有针对性的招聘测试。优化后的招聘方案使湘科公司的招聘工作更具效率。

RECRUITMENT SYSTEM OF XIANGKE COMPANY DESIGN
ABSTRACT
Recruitment of staff is the main way to absorb the human resource. Perfect recruitment, which is scientific, systematic and process oriented, providing enterprise’s recruitment become efficient. This paper use Changsha Xiangke as an analyze object, and point out the problems of recruitment according to their recruitment status. Which includes Recruitment input is not enough, did not forming the concept that is “Recruitment is a system”, did not planning the recruitment system, departments have less chance to join the recruitment, recruitment does not reflect the company’s corporate culture, recruitment of non-standardized And science, recruiting team is not professional. Writer improve the existing problems after analyzing those problems, the changes include developing a detailed recruitment plan, restructuring the recruitment team, let department involved in the recruitment, recruitment combined with the enterprise Own cultural and industry backgrounds, design different test for different positions. Optimized recruitment programs make Xiangke’s recruitment system more efficient.
