摘要
十八届五中全会上，我党提出的五大发展理念是我国科学发展观和马克思发展理论的集中体现，反映了党对中国特色社会主义和我国发展规律认识的逐渐深化，为我国十三五及未来较长一段时间的发展指明了方向，有助于加快我国全面建设小康社会的步伐。
改革开放三十多年来，我国经济取得巨大进步，但经济体制内部还存在许多不协调因素。特别是我们目前正处于经济转轨的重要转折期，经济下行压力增大，国际经济环境也更为复杂，此种情况下，经济体制中的不和谐问题表现的更为明显，给我国经济发展埋下了巨大隐患。五发展思路放在中国共产党第十八届中央委员会第五次全体会议提出，指出在第十三五年和今后更长一段时间对中国未来的经济发展对中国的发展道路，实现中国的社会主义注入了强大的思想动力。五发展观反映了我们党对中国特色社会主义的进一步深化和升华理论发展的认识，丰富了马克思的理论的发展，有利于我国未来的发展要突破瓶颈，有利于中国经济的未来发展和培育新的优势，包括一个新的状态发展，是实现我国全面建设小康社会具有重要的现实意义，对中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦的实现。

ABSTRACT
