摘要
《周易》是一部经历了是上千年形成的一部思想巨著,其中蕴含着丰富的管理思想。乾卦则是《易经》首卦,占有重要的地位,对于当代企业战略管理具有重要价值。本论文首先论述了《周易》的概述以及《周易》的价值所在，然后重点分析《周易》中的乾卦六爻的思想精髓，并且在分析六爻在现代企业战略管理中所发挥的作用和对现代人人生的一种总体的规划,再通过案例分析来加深我们对乾卦在战略管理和人生规划中所起的作用的理解。

ABSTRACT
The zhouyi is a experienced is formed a mentality masterpiece thousands,including the world,the mankind,and so on.Especially,it contains many management concepts.Qiangua is the first ancient divination symbol in the Book of Changes.The view of Qiangua is necessary to study the principles of enterprise strategy management.This paper first discusses the “Book of Changes ” overview and “Book of Changes ” value, and then analyzes the “Book of Changes ” Qian Liu Yao’s ideological essence, And in the analysis of Liu Yao in the modern enterprise role in modern life and an overall planning, And through case studies to deepen our understanding of Qian in the strategic management and life planning in the role of understanding.
