经济危机下中小企业发展战略研究
——旅游企业战略选择
摘要
2008年底,美国经济开始下滑,银行倒闭,直接影响到全球,21世纪的一次金融危机就这样开始了。我国的的经济也颇受影响,尤其以旅游企业为例。物价普遍高涨,直接影响了旅游企业。中小型企业是我国经济发展的中流砥柱,而旅游企业在中小企中占有很重要的一部分,这在我国国民经济发展中起着重要作用。而这次受到全球金融风暴的影响,很多旅游企业濒临绝境甚至破产倒闭。面对这种形势,国家出台了一些宽松的经济政策,挽救了一些中小型企业,使之发展有些起色,但是还存在着诸多金融危机造成的后遗症。而现在主要以新的经济形势为背景,探索目前我国中小型企业存在的经济问题,面对这些问题提出相应的解决对策。本文系统阐述了经济危机下旅游企业的发展现状与存在问题,运用SWOT法分析了当前中小型旅游企业所面临的环境与竞争形势,认为中小型旅游企业应当实施差异化、集中一点以及市场空白等战略和措施来保障战略的有效施行。

ECONOMIC CRISIS UNDER SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY RESEARCH
——Tourism enterprise strategic choice
The end of 2008, the American economy began to drop, bank failures, directly affects the 21st century global, a financial crisis that started. China’s economy also quite affected, especially in tourist enterprise, for example. Prices generally high, a direct impact on the tourism enterprises. Small and medium-sized enterprises are the mainstay of the economic development in our country, the tourism enterprises in the sme play an important part in our country, the development of national economy plays a very important role. And the global financial turmoil by, many tourist enterprise is on the verge of despair even went bankrupt. In this situation, the country has issued some loose economic policy, save some of small and medium-sized enterprises, the development, but also some improvement there are many financial crisis sequelae. And now mainly new economic situation as the background of Chinese small and medium enterprises, probes into the existing problems in the economy, in the face of these problems put forward corresponding solutions. This paper systematically expounds the economic crisis in the development of the tourist enterprise under the present situation and existing problems of SWOT analysis method, the tourism enterprises facing small of the environment and competition situation, thought the small and medium-sized tourism enterprises shall implement differentiation, concentration point blank, etc and market strategies and measures to ensure the effective implementation strategy.
