现代竞争的日趋激烈,迫切要求企业提高员工的职业化程度。企业员工培训是有效地进行人力资源管理的关键性环节。众所周知,培训的目的与要求就是根据企业战略发展的需要,帮助员工弥补不足,从而达到岗位的要求而培训所遵循的原则就是投入最小化、收益最大化。

物业管理行业,在很多人看来,物业管理是一个低技术、劳动密集型行业,为适应市场经济发展的需要,为提高物业管理行业形象与服务水平,从培训的目的与意义、培训的内容、培训的方式与实施等角度进行了较为深入的分析与阐述。

青房物业公司是新企业,对于员工培训问题未真正意识其重要性。本文以青房物业公司员工培训问题作为研究对象,通过简单分析调查过程中取得的成绩和遇到的问题,试图改善企业内员工培训问题的严重性,并最终真正希望对企业有所帮助。第一部分为员工培训的含义及意义。第二部分是青房物业公司员工培训的现状,简单介绍了青房物业员工培训中所存在的问题。第三部分主要是分析造成问题的原因,主要包括三个方面的原因。第四部分是解决企业内问题的措施,一是完善青房物业内部制度,促进培训的有效进行,二是提高员工福利,解决员工后顾之忧,三是严格实行“优胜劣汰”,缩小员工之间的差距。

Abstract

Increasingly fierce competition in modern urgently requires enterprises to improve their level of professionalism of staff. Employee training is effectively a key part of human resource management. As we all know, the purpose of the training requirement is in accordance with the corporate strategy development, to help staff meet the shortfall, so as to achieve the requirements of job training in the principles of the inputs is minimized, maximize returns.

Property management industry, in the eyes of many people, property management is a low technology, labor is concentrated model industry, in order to meet the need of development of market economy, in order to improve the property management industry image and service level, from the training purpose, training content, training ways and implementation angle undertook relatively thorough analysis with elaborate.
