摘 要
建筑业是国民经济的支柱产业，质量管理是工程施工管理的关键和核心，是增强我国建筑企业核心竞争力的主要环节。目前，质量管理与控制的工作有了长足的发展，但仍需在实际的操作中不断完善，不断探索符合自身施工项目的质量管理与控制模式，提高质量管理水平成为目前亟待解决的问题。
本文在总结前人研究成果的基础上，对工程项目质量管理与控制的相关理论和自身特点进行了系统的研究，紧紧抓住影响建筑工程质量的主要因素和重要环节，随后从三个方面提出如何对建筑工程施工项目的质量进行管理和控制。论文以泰州能建厂房厂房工程施工质量管理为研究对象,重点对能建厂房厂房施工过程中,混凝土工程的质量的管理和控制的内容进行分析和研究。

Abstract
Construction industry is the pillar industry of national economy, the quality management is the key and core of construction management, the construction enterprise in our country is to enhance the core competitiveness of the main part. At present, the quality management and control work has made considerable development, but still need to improve in the actual operation, continuously explore your own construction project quality management and control mode, improve the level of quality management become a problem to be solved at present.
In this paper, on the basis of summarizing the predecessors’ research results, to project quality management and control of the related theory and the characteristics of the system the research, grasp the main factors influencing the construction quality and important link, and then put forward from three aspects how to manage and control the quality of building engineering construction projects. Papers to taizhou to build workshop workshop project construction quality management as the research object, the key to build workshop workshop construction process, the content of the concrete engineering quality management and control is analyzed and studied.
