我国宠物业是一个朝阳产业,发展速度快。如何从城市居民的收入水平、文化水平、职业特点、年龄情况、家庭成员组成等方面调查其在宠物消费方面的特点,分析家庭状况和宠物消费之间的关系,为针对客户类型进行营销策略设计和产品导购提供依据已经成为一种值得探讨的经济现象。
本文采用问卷调查的形式获取城市居民家庭及宠物消费情况的信息;采用分类比较和关联分析的方法对城市居民家庭情况和宠物消费特征的关系进行分析;采用综合分析方法提出针对客户类型的营销策略。通过宠物休闲消费拉动内需,促进相关劳动者体面就业,理性创业。让在宠物消费活动中与宠物和谐相处,达到内心和谐,促进人格完善。

Abstract
Pet industry in China is a sunrise industry, development rate is rapid. How to urban residents from income level, the cultural level, professional characteristics, age, family members, etc in the pet consumption survey characteristics analysis family status and pet consumption, the relationship between the clients for the types of design and product marketing strategy shopping guide provides the basis has become a worthy to be discussed economic phenomenon.
In this paper, using a questionnaire to obtain city dweller family and pet consumption information; using the comparison and correlation analysis the relationship between the city dwellers family and pet consumption; adopts a comprehensive analysis method is put forward based on customer types of marketing strategy. Through the pet leisure consumption and stimulate the domestic demand, promote relevant laborer decent employment, rational business. Let the pet consumption activities and pet harmonious get along, to achieve mental harmony, promote the perfection of personality.
