企业财务风险管理
摘 要
随着世界经济一体化的到来,中国市场机制的特别不完善,国内企业竞争态势复杂,这时企业正常运作出现的财务风险更为复制,这篇论文讨论了中国企业财务风险管理经常出现的问题,并提出解决许多问题的方式和方法。只要市场经济活动依然存在,企业一定会存在财务风险,这是必然的，重要的是理解风险是如何产生的,发生的根源是什么,使自己的企业立足于中国市场。财务危机的出现是指企业预期的战略达不到,从而是企业的运营出现问题，造成经济损失，并使公司制定的战略目标无法达到。从而造成重大的经济损失,并失去企业的市场战略目标。财务风险存在于企业财务管理中的各个范围的工作都有可能存在，,财务风险的存在,会影响企业的盈利和市场份额。本文财务风险的形成原因进行分析，从而提高企业盈利和达到市场的战略目标,拥有重大的意义。财务风险是因为在于在强烈的市场竞争中的威胁，从而使企业运营受到影响。因此正确的把握企业财务管理中的出现的时机加强对企业财务风险的预防尤为重要。
