摘要
当前互联网金融在促进创新创业、推动产业的发展与革新发挥着非常重要的作用，对以往的金融产业带来巨大的挑战和冲击，与此同时，由于互联网的迅速发展，也给金融业带来新的机遇。在P2P平台在英国第一次出现和推广之后，就受到人们广泛的关注，而后国内的网贷平台也如雨后春笋般涌现，但由于P2P平台是集互联网、金融和技术于一体的特殊形式，又是新鲜的、未被规范化的领域，在发展一段时间后，2011年下半年之后爆发大量的P2P平台“跑路”、“诈骗”等的恶性事件。而作为P2P领域成立多年的公司，人人贷在动荡的互联网金融市场存活至今，如今已成为行业的领头羊。在此背景下，本文以成立了7年的经历过互联网风风雨雨的人人贷公司互联网金融业务发展过程中出现的问题进行研究与分析，更深入地了解互联网金融行业的发展状况。
