0.9x3m四筒平衡节能球磨机的设计
摘要
从目前社会各种粉磨工业行业主要还在使用单筒结构磨机作业,虽然其结构简单、安装方便、检修便利的优点,但在节省能量,高效率粉磨方面还存在着一定的缺陷。武汉工业大学 许林发在发表的《多筒球磨机功率的探讨》中研究提出单筒式球磨机电耗较高,其主要原因是磨机在运转中研磨体重心偏离回转中心,因此产生了很大回转力矩,为了克服这个力矩需要很大动力【1】便增加了能耗。
本次设计的磨机主旨是节能降耗、提高研磨效率。在降低能耗、提高研磨效率方面,主要从筒体结构的改变来入手,将单筒磨机的三分之二部分筒体改为并联四个小筒与单筒串联。通过理论计算及分析得出以下几个结论:
节能方面;第一,整体来看大筒变小筒则筒体的直径缩小,在单筒最适宜转速下小筒的转速将增加,相反要使得小筒的转速为最适宜转速则磨机转速必须降低,所以磨机整体功率降低,这样便达到节能降耗的目的。第二,研磨体的偏心距减小,其产生的力矩减小,则磨机克服该力矩所需的功减小。第三,在填充率、磨机规格相同的情况下,四筒磨机比单筒磨机的功率降低了49%,即四筒磨机更加节能。第四,在相同的研磨体装载量的情况下,四筒磨机比单筒磨机的功率降低20%左右。
研磨效率方面;第一,单筒改为四筒相同规格下,四筒磨机研磨体对筒体的空间占用率增加,研磨更加充分,则研磨效率便相对提高,第二,四筒磨机在回转的过程中,四个小筒的研磨状态是在倾泻状态下研磨,则研磨效果更佳。

ABSTRACT
So far,the social various grinding industry research mainly still uses single cylinder mill operation structure .Although its advantages of simple structure, convenient installation and maintenance convenience,in savingnergy , high efficiency grinding ways, there are some shortcomings.Xu Linfa in wuhan university publishedtechnology in thecone ball mill power to explore moreto study and put forward the higher power consumptionof single type ball mill. The main reason is mill grinding rotary center heart weight deviation in the operation, so produces large torque, in order to overcome theforce torch need big power [1].
I design the mill in reducing energy consumption andimproving the grinding efficiency which is different fromthe above methods, mainly from changes in the structureof cylinder of the two-thirds of the single cylinder grinding machine parts cylinder restructuring for parallel four small tube with single tube series, the big drum smaller cylinder cylinder diameter becomes smaller in monocular optimum speed under small cylinder speed will increase, in contrast to make the speed of the small tubefor optimum speed is single cylinder speed must be reduced, so the mill overall power is lower, thus achieve the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption, through the theoretical calculation, the filling rate, mill under the condition of same specification, four cylinder mill more energy-saving than single tube mill.Monocular to four cylinder under the same specification, grinding medium space occupancy rate increases, the grinding more fully, at the same time is the status of the foursmall cone grinding in state through the grinding, so the grinding efficiency are greatly improved.
