摘 要
随着经济全球化的不断深入，金融行业不断地发展起来。虚拟经济跟随着金融行业的发展也不断地发展起来，虚拟经济对实体经济的影响成为了业内人士关注的热点话题。虚拟经济就像是一把“双刃剑”，对我国的实体经济既产生了积极的影响，同时，又对实体经济产生了消极的影响。本文对此进行了详细的研究与分析。本文通过查阅大量的文献书籍，网上搜集相关的新闻资讯。了解到了国内外的相关专家学者对于有关虚拟经济与实体经济的问题的研究的成果。然后分别分析了虚拟经济对实体经济的积极影响与虚拟经济对实体经济的消极影响。最后以相关的理论知识为基础，提出了一些有关我国发展虚拟经济发展的对策建议。希望通过此研究，能够为我国经济发展贡献一份力量。

Abstract
With the deepening of economic globalization, the financial industry has been developing continuously. Fictitious economy is also developing along with the development of financial industry. The influence of virtual economy on the real economy has become a hot topic in the industry. Virtual economy is like a double-edged sword, which has a positive impact on China’s real economy, but also has a negative impact on the real economy. This article has carried on the detailed research and analysis to this. Through consulting a large number of literature books, this paper collects relevant news information on the Internet. We have learned the achievements of the relevant experts and scholars at home and abroad on the research on the virtual economy and the real economy. Then the positive impact of virtual economy on real economy and the negative effect of virtual economy on real economy are analyzed. Finally, based on the relevant theoretical knowledge, some suggestions on the development of virtual economy in China are put forward. I hope that through this study, we can contribute to the development of our country’s economy.
