摘要：现阶段伴随着经济的迅猛发展，我国中小企业也发展迅猛占据我国民生生产总额的百分之五十以上。但是，在我国中小企业的发展却是极为坎坷的。在我国中小企业发展中最大的难题就是融资。当今社会在中小企业快速发展过程中，一般大都需要大量的资金，但是在我国的融资环境中能够提供给中小企业的融资渠道却很少，一些主流的融资，绝大多数都是对国有、重点大型企业的。这样的情况在拥有高新创新技术的中小企业之中更加突出。

Abstract: With the rapid development of the economy at this stage, the small and medium enterprises in our country have also developed over fifty percent of the total production of the people’s livelihood. However, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China is very bumpy. The biggest problem in the development of small and medium enterprises in China is financing.
