房地产行业存货成本控制
[摘 要]本文将对金地集团，进行存货成本控制的研究。在结合市场环境和国家政策以及金地集团的财务指标，利用对比分析法、案例分析法分别阐述金地地产公司存货和存货成本控制存在的问题并且分析影响这些存货成本控制的原因。另外，结合目前的行业环境，提出解决集团公司存货成本过高的问题的措施，进而改善对公司存货成本的控制，促进企业更好地对市场环境带来的各项挑战并从众多企业中脱颖而出。

The cost control of real estate industry’s inventory
Abstract:This paper research cost control of real estate inventory ,taking Gemdale as an example.Associating with country policy、environment of market and company financial index.Then using comparative analysis approach and case study approach to find the problem of cost control and analyse the impact elements of cost.After that,giving advice to help Gemdale company survive in the fierce competition and make better development no matter how the market changed.
