摘 要
本论文通过分析供应商选择与评估的实际和理论知识，同时结合美乐公司在阀门供应商的实际情况的比较，提出该公司在供应商选择上的不足和弊端。经过对此问题的分析和论述，提出一些解决方案和优化措施，从而使他们在供应商管理上做的更出色。
本文首先阐述了目前大环境的情况以及工业阀门行业面临的问题和困难，同时在理论上指出供应商管理特别是供应商选择评估是解决目前困难的有效方案；然后对国内外阀门行业的供应商选择和评估作出分析举例，了解目前阀门行业采购的状况以及国内外阀门行业采购模式的差异；在此基础上引出美乐工业目前采购的现状，并对其状况作出详细的分析，得出美乐工业在供应商选择的问题主要为供应商资源管理的分散化，没有实行分类管理和系统的供应商选择制度，以及供应商评估管理上的不足；最后对此些问题进行深入分析研究，最终提出有效的解决方案：建立正确的供应商选择方法，对供应商进行分类管理，对整体供应链的分析权衡供应商的价值以及建立信息共享完善供应商绩效评价和反馈机制，建立良好的供应商选择和评估流程，最终和供应商建立良性的合作关系。

In this thesis, through analysis of supplier selection and evaluation of the practical and theoretical knowledge, combined with the comparison of the Melody valve supplier deficiencies and drawbacks of the company’s choice of suppliers. After the analysis of this issue and discusses proposed solutions and optimization measures, so that they do better supplier management.
This paper described the environment as well as the industrial valve industry is facing problems and difficulties in the beginning, in theory, at the same time pointed out that the supplier management, supplier selection evaluation is to resolve the current difficulties of effective programs. Leads to the Melody industrial procurement on the basis of the status quo, and make a detailed analysis of their situation.
