关于航空乘务人员空中环境压力分析研究
摘 要：随着社会的进步和发展，竞争和压力也正在逐渐影响到各个行业的工作人群。而作为空中乘务人员，由于行业的特殊性，工作时间的不固定性，所承受的工作压力也是很大的，如果对之不能很好调适，对乘务员自身及工作会带来许多消极影响，危害极大。本论文的主要内容是研究不同背景下的空中乘务人员工作压力现状和差异性。研究结果表明：71.3%空中乘务人员认为自己的工作压力比较大，62.6%的空中乘务人员表示不知道怎么去缓解工作压力，另外空中乘务人员工作压力主要表现为在不同成长环境、不同月收入、不同工作年限、不同年龄、是否独生之间存在显著差异，在家庭结构、是否结婚方面无显著差异。

ABSTRACT
With the progress and development of society, competition and the pressure is gradually affecting all sectors of the working population. And as the air crew, due to the special nature of the industry, working time is not fixity, are subject to pressure of work is great, if you are not well adapted to bring a lot of negative impact on the work itself and the crew would endanger greatly.
Therefore, the main content of this paper is to study the air crew personnel working under the pressure of different backgrounds difference. The results show that: the air crew working pressure mainly for growing in different environments, different income, different work experience, age, whether there are differences between begotten in family structure, no significant difference whether the marriage aspect.
