随着经济全球化,市场经济一体化进程的加快发展,企业间的竞争越加激烈。物流作为第三方利润源,成为了企业的新利润点。而仓储管理又是物流过程中非常重要的一个环节,因此提高仓储管理水平和降低库存成本可以直接给企业带来经济效益。一个合理有效的仓储管理可以让企业减少运营成本,集中发展产业。
本文以无锡广博物流有限公司为例,根据几个月的实习发现该公司的库存数量控制不当、出入库不规范、出入库货检不严格、货位安排不合理、库存管理分散等问题。
应用仓储管理的相关知识,针对该企业实质存在的问题对该公司的仓储管理进行改进及优化。具体运用ABC库存管理法对库存进行控制,实现重点化管理;应用EOQ批量订购法来核算订货数量,制定规章制度做到规范出入库、严格检查核对出入库货品;给货物编号,重新安排货位。使企业建立一个良好的库存管理系统。

ABSTRACT
With the economic globalization and the market economy quickly development, the competition between enterprises is more competitive. Logistics as the third profit source of enterprise, has become the new profit point. And warehouse management is a very important link in the logistics process, therefore improve warehouse management level and reduce inventory cost can be directly brings to the enterprise economic benefits. A reasonable and effective storage management can let enterprise reduce operating costs, and will focus on development of industry.
In this paper the Hangzhou Quan Ying communication equipment enterprise as an example, according to several months of practice on the company to find the quantity of stock is improper control, the loading and unloading goods inspection not strictly, location arrangement is unreasonable, inventory management scattered and so on.
Application of warehouse management knowledge improve and optimize the real problems in the company’s warehouse management. Application of ABC inventory management method to control inventory, realization of key management. Formulate rule to standard warehousing, check the goods out or in storage strictly. Make the enterprises to establish a good inventory management system.
