摘要
随着现代城市建筑的发展以及人民生活水平的不断提高,越来越多的智能小区不断涌现,这些小区呈现出功能复杂、技术先进的特征,所以对小区建筑的供配电系统的设计也提出了更高的要求。在建筑供配电系统的设计进程中,建筑电气的根本是要做到建筑必需的各项功能和安全需求的实现,随着人们对节约能源、保护环境和降本增效等问题的关注,建筑电气节能设计也日益被重视,并且成为建筑电气设计的主要内容。节能作为国民经济的一项长远战略方针,怎样实现“节电能、降能耗”的目标,是每位电气设计人员需要认真考虑的问题。因此,人们所关注的不仅仅是建筑施工的质量,更关心的是建筑的消防问题,本文针对目前建筑供配电系统设计中的难点问题,结合生活实际,以金域名都小区为例,提出了相关建议。

Abstract
With the development of modern city construction and the improvement of people’s living standard, intelligent community more and more continue to emerge, these cells showed a complex function, technology advanced features, so the design of power supply and distribution system for residential building is also put forward higher requirements. In the design process of power supply and distribution system architecture, basic electrical building is to achieve the construction must be the functions and security needs, as people fall this synergism on issues such as energy saving, Protect environment and attention, electrical energy saving design of buildings are also gaining more attention, and becomes the main content of building electrical design. Energy saving as a long-term strategy of national economy, how to realize the “saving energy, reducing energy consumption”, is every electrical designers need to seriously consider the issue. Therefore, people pay attention to not only the quality of building construction, are more concerned about the fire protection of building, this paper aimed at the difficult issues in the design of power supply and distribution systems in buildings, combined with the actual life, to jymd area as an example, puts forward related suggestions.
