摘 要
文章根据市场经济条件下的音乐人才培养方向，对当今我国音乐人才的形式进行了分析。从而提出了复合型音乐人才培养的必要性，让我们意识到复合型音乐人才的培养刻不容缓。并且根据现状提出培养复合型音乐人才的发展方向和必然取向，从而提出培养复合型音乐人才的措施。随着社会的进步，人们的性情陶冶越来越重要，因此培养复合型音乐人才的重要性也因此凸显了。
