摘要:当前我国企业财务报告存在较大局限性，对企业财务状况难以发挥作用。本文以海尔集团为研究对象，分析了我国企业财务报告存在的问题，同时指出了未来发展对策。主要从三个部分来分析研究，第一部分分析了海尔集团财务报告；第二部分重点研究了现行财务报告的局限性；第三部分主要针对现行财务报告局限性提出了一些改进措施。

Abstract: the existence of large limitation of financial reporting of enterprises in our country, it is difficult to play the role of the financial situation of enterprises. In this paper, in order to Haier group as the research object, analyzes the existing problems in our country’s financial report of the enterprise, and points out the future development countermeasure. Mainly from the three parts to analysis and research, the first part analyses the limitations of financial report Haier group; the second part focuses on the current financial report; the third part focuses on the current financial report limitations some improvement measures are proposed.
