【摘 要】高校科研管理是一项重要而又繁琐的工作，有效的信息管理平台可以大大缓解科研管理压力，减少工作量。本文以石河子大学信息科学与技术学院为应用背景，开发教师教学信息与论文信息交流平台。该系统能对科研成果和课题进行较为全面的管理，提供申报信息，审批信息，多条件查询，统计等功能，以提高项目及论文管理的水平，提供及时、准确的信息服务，并减轻管理人员统计分析的负担，从而改变学院长期以来科研信息依靠人工统计的现状。同时也为了给全院教师提供一个交流平台。从而更加方便科研人员进行更好的学习和学术研究，使教办的管理工作更规范，高效。

[Abstract] The management of university scientific research is important and tedious, effective information management platform can greatly relieve the pressure, reduce the workload of scientific research management. This article is based on the applications for background of shihezi university information science and technology college, developing The Platform of Communicating about Project and Thesis for teaching. The system could manage result and task comprehensively, offerring such functions as application, approvement, query in many conditions, statistics and so on, to improve management level, to provide information timely and accurately , to reduce the burden of managers, and change the present situation of artificial statistics. Also, this system provide a platform for teachers to communicate and study, thus ,to make teachers’ learning and academic research more conveniently, to make the work of teaching office more standard and effective.
