摘要：本文通过对华西十一建公司的研究调查，总结了目前我国企业在劳动关系之间的各种状况。分析了在我国现有经济制度下，企业存在的根本原因。企业获得最大的利益收获，劳方获得最大的人权维护和劳动所得，消除双方存在的冲突；提出解决办法，创造和谐社会的一些措施。

Abstract：Based on the investigation and research of Huaxi eleven construction company, this paper sums up the current situation of labor relations among enterprises in china. The analysis in the existing economic system, the root cause of the existence of enterprises. The largest profits harvest, labor obtain maintenance and labor income rights maximum, eliminate the conflict exists between the two sides; puts forward the solutions, creating some measures of harmonious society.
