摘 要
2010年1月1日，中国－东盟自由贸易区正式全面启动。广西在与东盟国家经济贸易交流中有着得天独厚的地理区位优势，广西沿海城际铁路则是我国沿海铁路的重要组成部分，是广西乃至西南地区出海大通道的主要铁路运输通道，是中国－东盟国际铁路通道的重要组成部分，广西利用铁路分线，将之变为以钦州为中心辐射加强全区经济水平的经济线，从而带动中国－东盟自由贸易区长期、稳定、健康有序的发展。中国-东盟自由贸易区的正式成立，使广西东盟农产品贸易面临新的机遇与挑战，也同时为广西与东盟双方的农产品贸易提供了更广阔的空间。而广西和东盟各国的经贸往来由来已久，在中国－东盟自由贸易区的建立和“早期收获”计划的实施后，双边农产品贸易额大幅增加，东盟已成为广西最大的农产品贸易伙伴。

ABSTRACT
On January 1, 2010, China – asean free trade area has officially opened. there are superior geographic advantages between Guangxi and asean countries.As we know, Guangxi coastal inter-city railway is an important component of not only the southwest region but also China’s coastal railway. by using the point line of railway, qinzhou Will turn to the center that radiates to strengthen the economic level of Guangxi, in which way China – asean free trade area can develop stablely,healthiy and orderly in the long term.China – asean free trade area is officially set up, which not noly takes new opportunities and challenges to Guangxi-asean agricultural trade, but also provides more space to agricultural product trade of both sides of Guangxi and asean .Guangxi has the economic and trade contact with countries of ASEAN for a long time. After the founded of the China -ASEAN Free Trade Area and the implementation of the plan “Early Harvest” , bilateral trade volume of agricultural products has increased sharply. ASEAN has become the biggest agricultural trade partner of Guangxi.
